Member Review

Read about what we’ve been up to this year in more detail in your Member Review below! Hear from your Chair and CEO on the Society updates, read about the Customer Community and what we have been focused as part of our Community and Climate initiatives.

In short, we ran the Community Support Fund for a consecutive year and donated £30,000 to charities and organisations that support local people to build their financial resilience, with business and employment, and housing support. We have also donated 600 financial education books, sponsored a local Made Smarter business event and a financial education webinar.

As part of our commitment to Climate, we also embarked on our journey to become a B Corp organisation, a globally recognised accreditation where companies are verified to show that they meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
