Meet our new Intermediary Support Team!

Here at Dudley, the service we provide to our intermediary partners and members is our number one priority. This is why we ask for your valued feedback to help us understand what we are doing well and the areas where we can make further improvements.

In our last partner survey, we received feedback from you, our partners, asking for additional support with queries through each step of your application.

So, we are excited to present to you our new Intermediary Support Team – a one stop shop for quality service;

  • Our newly appointed Business Development Officers, Gill and James, will be here to help with new business enquiries and registrations
  • Our Mortgage Administrators will be on hand to help support the packaging of your case,  providing clarity in what is required for assessment
  • We have created an Intermediary Support Officer role, who will provide expertise around case management and are dedicated to help get your case over the line to completion
  • Claire will lead the team as Intermediary Support Manager, to provide support and deliver training and development opportunities
