•    A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted

•    The prize draw is free to enter 

•    The prize draw will take place quarterly on the following dates (or the nearest working day) - 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October. The Society must receive a signed Quarterly Prize Draw consent form at least two weeks prior to a prize draw date for the account holder to be entered into the prize draw.

There may be multiple prizes available to the winner of the prize draw, which will be supplied by third parties. Follow the link below for a full list of available prizes.

Prize draw prizes

The prizes available to win may vary but will have a value of £50 RRP. The prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier and all product warranties, guarantees or other representations in relation to the prizes are as provided by the manufacturer or supplier.  

We will not be liable for any non-compatibility of the prizes with any other product or service.

Please note that -

•    The use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands

•    The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered

•    We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so

•    The decision of Dudley Building Society regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it

•    The prize excludes any costs incurred that are incidental to the redemption of the prize including but not limited to travel insurance, delivery charges, travel or spending money to redeem the prize or personal expenses

•    A winner will be chosen through a random draw process within five working days of the prize draw date

•    When the winner has been drawn, we will either contact the account operator or the account holder (if aged over 15)

•    Dudley Building Society will attempt to contact the winner by email or telephone up to three times

•    If the winner does not respond to the emails or telephone calls notifying them of their win within 7 calendar days, they will lose their right to the prize, and Dudley Building Society reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner

•    The winner may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the prize draw

Please allow 14 calendar days for delivery of the prize. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Dudley Building Society for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

The surname and county of residence of the winner will (unless the winner has objected on lawful grounds) be made available on request by contacting [email protected] within 10 weeks of the closing date of each prize draw.

Dudley Building Society does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
