- If you hold a passbook account, to withdraw from your account you must provide your passbook in one of our branches or send a written request through the post using the relevant withdrawal form.
For bank transfers, you will need to complete a Faster Payment Withdrawal Form. This ensures you can review and accept the necessary declarations before the payment is made - For online accounts, you do not need to complete a withdrawal form. Instead, you can send us a secure message, and we will process your request. If you are completing a CHAPS withdrawal from your online account we will require you to complete a CHAPS withdrawal form.
