Our Key Criteria

Multiple income streams considered

We consider all types of income, including employed, self-employed, contractors, pension, foster income, and more.

View accepted income types

Overtime, bonus, and commission considered

We take income types such as overtime, bonuses, and commission into account to help boost affordability.

Foreign income accepted

We don’t apply a haircut to foreign income, accepting 100% of earnings in most currencies.

Second job income accepted

We accept income from second jobs, making it easier for applicants to boost their affordability.

Accept income from up to 4 applicants

We accept Income Booster applications with up to four applicants and four income types.

Non-family members accepted

We allow non-family members to boost affordability without being named on the property deeds.
