The society allows Skilled Worker, Spousal or dependent applications but they must meet the following criteria:

• Must not be lending into or in retirement
• Applicants must have been residing in the UK for a minimum of 12 months at time of application.
• Applicants must have an active credit file and have held a UK bank account for 3 months minimum.
• There must be a minimum of 12 months remaining on their current visa at time of application and a minimum of 6 months at time of offer.
  
   -  If the applicant is applying for a visa extension proof must be provided.
   - Where there’s less than 6 months remaining at time of offer, a condition must be added and the society must see sight of either an VISA extension request or a new VISA prior to release of funds.
• There must be no restriction on how long they can remain the UK
• They must be able to provide a share code.
• Where an element of the deposit is gifted, this cannot exceed 50% of the total deposit required.
  - The deposit must be in a UK bank account at time of application
• If the applicant that holds the Visa is self-employed they must have a minimum of 2 years accounts, no exception will be made.
• Where the application is a sole application, a minimum income of £30,000 must be evidence
• Where the application is joint the VISA applicant must either earn £30,000 minimum OR not be the higher income earner on the application.
• Can only be on a capital and repayment basis.
• Where the application is for a Spousal or Dependant Visa, this must be a joint application with the person who is linked to their visa status I.E spouse/partner.
• Where the application is for a skilled worker, they must work in a field that is acceptable to the society: Accountancy, Education, Engineering, Healthcare (not private health care), Finance & Banking, IT, Legal, Marketing Professionals, Science Research & Development, Energy Sector Construction Industry Professionals (Not Trades) e.g. Architects.
