Bank Base Rate Reduction

The Bank of England reduced the Bank Base Rate on 8th May 2025 by 0.25%. We are currently reviewing our Standard Variable Rate and will update you when we have made a decision on any change. The mortgage tracker rates will be reduced by 0.25%, effective from 1st July 2025. We will write to you if your account is affected.
