A Ruby Anniversary for a Dedicated Employee

Dudley Building Society has celebrated with Brenda Russon this week who has celebrated 40 years of service to the Society.

Brenda started at the Society in 1977 and was based at Dudley Branch and has worked in a number of roles and locations over the years with her currently based at the Gornal Wood Branch in Abbey Road.

Three of Brenda’s colleagues celebrated 40 years service in 2014 so becomes part of a very exclusive group at the local Building Society.

Chief Executive, Jeremy Wood was on hand to present Brenda with flowers, cake, cards and gifts from across the organisation and said, ‘We are thrilled to be celebrating with Brenda this week. Her passion for customer care is as evident now as I’m sure it was all of those years ago. We often refer to ‘Brenda from Gornal’ when we exemplify customer service.’
