A mortgage of £125,000 payable over 5 years initially on our discounted rate at 2.5% below the Society’s Buy to Let Standard Variable Rate for 3 years and then reverting to our current Buy to Let Standard Variable Rate of 5.49% (variable) for the remaining 2 years would require 36 monthly payments of £2,245.53 and 24 monthly payments of £2,303.94 plus one initial interest payment of £317.43.
The total amount payable would be £139,243.57 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£11,451.07) and Arrangement fee (£2,187.50), Valuation fee (£330), CHAPS fee (£25), Application Fee (£125) and Discharge fee (£125).
