Representative Example

A mortgage of £144,750 payable over 35 years initially on a fixed rate for 3 years at 3.64% and then on our current Standard Variable Rate of 4.99% (variable) for the remaining 32 years would require 36 monthly payments of £610.04 and 384 monthly payments of £721.61 plus one initial interest payment of £433.06.

The total amount payable would be £300,266.74 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£154,742.74) and Arrangement Fee (£499), CHAPS fee (£25), Application Fee (£125) and Discharge fee (£125).
