Representative Example
A mortgage of £175,715.00 payable over 30 years initially on a fixed rate for 2 years at 6.90% and then on our current Buy to Let Standard Variable Rate at 9.24% (variable) for the remaining 28 years would require 24 monthly payments of £1,157.26 and 336 monthly payments of £1,432.82 plus one initial interest payment of £1,029.74.
The total amount payable would be £511,805.50 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£334,516.50) and Arrangement fee (£999), Valuation Fee (£300), CHAPS fee (£25), Application Fee (£125) and Discharge Fee (£125).
