• We provide a counter position at a lower level
• There are ground floor interview rooms accessible to wheelchair users
• Branch layouts and signage have been considered at all our branches, making use of contrasting colours to help partially sighted members make their way
• Hearing induction loops are provided for the benefit of members with hearing impairments
