Dudley Building Society offers flexible lifetime mortgages that allow either interest only payments to keep the level of borrowing constant or interest can roll up to avoid making any payments. The debt is then repaid on the sale of the property.

When only a small mortgage from £3000 is required Dudley Building Society may offer just what you want.

Valuation Fee	A valuation will be required. Please see valuation fee scale.
Flexible Features	Flexiblity for further funds and overpayments
Early Repayment Charge (ERC)	YES in the first twelve months
Overpayments	No Restriction.
Family	Your family must be aware and agree to an equity release mortgage and you should also consider how the loan will be repaid if you or your partner dies.
Sale	Repaid from the sale of the mortgaged property.
