If you are keen to proceed with a mortgage application with Dudley Building Society you can do this in 2 ways:
By an Interview in one of the Society's Branches
The mortgage interviewer will supply a Combined Initial Disclosure
Document confirming the types of services the Society offers and will
then complete some basic scripted questions to enable you to identify
the mortgage product that best suits your needs and circumstances. Once
a product has been chosen we will provide a Key Facts Illustration detailing
the costs of the mortgage. An application form will then be completed
if you are happy to proceed.
By Telephone/Post
Our mortgage sales staff can provide all the necessary information
for a new mortgage or further advance enquiry. We will firstly confirm
the types of services the Society offers (from the Combined Initial
Disclosure Document) and then ask some basic scripted questions in order
for you to identify the best mortgage product that suits your needs
and circumstances (this document will require signing by each party
and returning to us in order for a Key Facts Illustration (KFI) to be
prepared and sent to you. Simply return the Scripted Questions duly
signed and confirm that you wish to proceed. A mortgage Application
Form will then need to be completed by yourselves and returned to the
Society, together with relevant identification and any fees (if applicable).
