Direct Debit

Direct Debits are automatically collected from your nominated bank on the repayment due date which is the 1st of the month. In the event of any changes in the mortgage rate, the revised repayment is automatically collected. Click here for a Direct Debit Mandate

Cash/Cheque

Cash or cheque repayments can be made at any of the Society's branches. Cheques can also be sent through the post with the mortgage account number on the reverse of the cheque. Cheques must be made payable to the names of the borrowers, i.e. Mr. J. Smith & Mrs. M. Smith.

Standing Order

A standing order is an instruction you give to your bank or building society to make payments on a specific day of the month for a certain amount. If the mortgage repayment increases or decreases you must contact your bank to request a change in the amount.
