Our Board believes that our members’ interests are best served with the Society operating in markets which provide a sustainable financial performance with an acceptable level of risk.

In the mortgage markets, we focus on areas which are underserved by our competitors and which allow us to achieve a return to cover our cost base and add to our capital. In the retail savings market we attract funding by offering good value rates across the lifetime of our relationships.
